Canvas or Hard Top?
Some of you may have heard that the canvas on the top of our lovely Falcon has gone through a period of baldness. We took him into a “hair” specialist and found out that the Falcon has been wearing a toupee for years! So, we can either return Falckie to his original glory with a clean paint job and a regs hard top or restore his toupee.
What do you think?
Toupee or not to toupee? That is the question.
Does canvas = convertible?
I’m with canvas either way. Keep him hip and young with a toupee.
Is that a Falcon as in raptor? That car is a Lincoln Towncar aka gunboat/queen mary/tank, etc.
The car would look better restored to its original top, which on my ’72 Ford Torino, was leatherette.
