The Day of Pie

Not only is it Becca Shim’s birthday today (if you’re in New York, you need to go to her crazy awesome party she’s co-hosting with my other lovelies Amy and Jen-Poodle) but it is also Pi Day!!!

In celebration I am pining for some pie. If I was still in New York I would get a whole pie of Sour Cream Apple Walnut Pie from the Little Pie Company in Union Square. If I had thought ahead I would have ordered one! All of their pies are delish and can be shipped. Dean & Deluca sells the Sour Cream Apple Walnut Pie as well.

Maybe next weekend I’ll make myself one, sans walnuts. Sir Luke detests walnuts.
